That wasn't a thank you.
Good job! Not saying thank you is a great way to practice Nicky-ism.
I ain't practicing Nicky-ism but you know what? I don't need this lousy duck pond!
No doubt one of Frank's brilliant ad-libs!
I like duck ponds. but I swear they are rigged. You can never get the big prizes offered >_>
Duck pond? We prefer to be called geese, thankyouverymuch.
I love how my post warranted two quotes.
Warranted? Warren? Warren Ferguson?
This is my 5000th post.
Yes, I love this thread so much that I had to mark it here.
Nicky: Congrats are in order. Care for a pair of flowered socks?
Don't mind if I do.
*takes the pink flowered socks marked item number 7783*
That's not funny.
Now we know why you created this thread!! You just wanted 5,000 posts!
"A deleted scene from Jim Henson's 1981 classic The Great Muppet Caper. In the scene, Nicky Holliday (Charles Grodin) awaited a call from Miss Piggy. Instead of showing up, Piggy seeked the help of Rowlf the Dog. Rowlf sent a friend over in Piggy's place". - Josephy Joes, The Book of Nonsense.
"Yet another deleted scene from The Great Muppet Caper in which Lady Holliday (Diana Rigg) saved the Muppets just as Nicky was about to destroy them... or did she?".
"'Thanks, sis', said Nicky. Whoops, looks like Lady Holiday was the ringleader the whole time. What a twist!".
I'm really offended these scenes weren't included on the DVD. Ehh maybe when they release it on blu-ray.
That, and the deleted musical numbers...
Oh yes! I wanna see a special intermisson of Nicky when you pause the blu-ray.
I wonder if they'll be able to get Grodin back to reprise his role as Nicky for the intermission. And also the audio commentary. I'd love to hear Nicky's story.
