Oscar the Grouch songs

I am looking for a couple of Oscar songs and was wondering if any of you could help me out. I am currently looking for "When Rain Falls", "Let a Frown Be Your Umbrella" and "Low Middle High" (Oscar bangs on trashcan lids). Anyone have these? Thanks.

No. i don't think I have seen it. The thing is, I had a lot of those songs on an old tape called The Best of Oscar the Grouch. I had a lot of those tapes, but as the years went on the tapes got old and unplayable. So, many of those great songs I grew up loving got lost and I was never able to hear them again because i couldn't transfer them onto a back up cd or anything. Do you have that CD? Do you know how I could get those songs?

Another one I have been dying to find is a song Cookie Monster sang about getting a haircut. Can't find it ANYWHERE and it was one of my all time favs.
