I don't think that's official; the artwork, not the album.

A lot of sites are using it now, so I guessing it is official (which I'm very pleased about!).

Yes, but it was concerned that it would be changed because of the new (horrific) Blu-Ray Cover.

Yes, that is a bit odd.

Edit: I've just done some googling, and it turns out that they are a record label, which has released (along with lots of other stuff) at least one other Disney soundtrack (Teen Beach Movie) and soundtracks for other studios.
