Question about TMCC figures!

Long time no talk! My family just moved, so I haven't been on the computer much, but I still visit everyday! I have a Quick question regarding the Muppet Christmas Carol Pvc figures. Does anyone know when, where, and how much they are? Also, are they all in the same package, or seperate? I'm looking forward to theses as TMCC is my favorite Muppet movie. Thanks to you all!

Available at the places you have been buying other Muppet product from Palisades.

There are 2 separate boxed sets, although at Barnes and Noble the packaging is classic red and not new blue.
