With every one, they outline the educational focus for the year, preview episodes and list some of the celebrities who will be making appearances that season.

Sheryl Crow to appear on Sesame Street

Ananova.com reveals that Sheryl Crow has filmed a guest appearance on the first episode of the show's new season in the U.S. in April. She sang a parody version of "Soak Up The Sun" and was joined by characters Elmo, Zoe and Rosita.

In a thread I wrote a few months back, I said I wanted Sheryl Crow to appear on "Sesame Street", thinking she might be a good match with the show.

And whaddya know, while in New York, she tapes an appearance for the show.
