Ugh. Why? Why? There has never been a Muppet that I actually wanted rip to shreds like Penelope Penguin. That obnoxious voice is like nails on a chalkboard.

But seeing the photo for this episode brings to mind something that's been driving me crazy since the "HD" inception: the still shots and publicity pics for the show always look so bright and well-lit, yet the show itself always looks dark and sunset-like. What gives?

Season 45 (which that story was borrowed from) did a lot of odd dark color correction it seems. I'm not sure why though.

    Which muppet did the opening?

For whatever reason, my DVR didn't record this episode. So I have to wait until Monday to see it. Or Sunday. Depending on when On Demand puts it up.

It seems like every season since 39 has done that. But then again, Doug Walker says that when it comes to filming HD, it's best to set the exposure a little lower to improve post corrections. Not sure if that's the cast here, but again, the publicity and behind-the-scenes photos always look brighter than the show itself.
Who's your provider? Comcast usually has the episode available On Demand the same day - that's how I've watched the show these past three weeks.

Xfinity. But this particular episode is not On Demand yet.

I still think she's nowhere near as annoying as the Fifteen from "Fifteen's Quinceanera".

That's really odd; wonder why there's a delay.

I couldn't agree more. At least Penelope didn't throw a fit every single time things didn't go her way!

Thanks to On Demand, I saw this episode last night. The cold open was so-so. The song with Gwen Stefani was cool. It's nice to have almost all the core cast with a celebrity. It was interesting how they handled a Murray segment other than MHALL in the half-hour format.

While I like the episode's message of "HEY! Tone yourself down or everyone's going to avoid you at all costs," a message I could have used when I was a kid because people hate people who talk their ears off just as much as they hate someone who's not quite a mute, it's a terrible episode just for that obnoxious character. I know they had to reuse episodes, but this is one they could have skipped. As long as it's not "The number 15 throws a temper tantrum and gets exactly what she wants" which isn't just a terrible episode, but a horrible message for kids, especially during a self regulation initiative.

Glad to see the Gwen Stefani song is one of the few things HBO lets SW upload to Youtube. Seems there isn't much to miss here.

As much as I don't like this episode, I do still really love the "Stop and Think" song.:)
