    Are all songs adapted from original radio songs? I recognize some like 'Rock the boat' but with a lot of the words changed. That was from an episode where the Trash heap is singing, I don't remember which one.

    Do you mean from Fraggle Rock? The song you mentioned, it looks like they did a remake of "Rock the Boat" called Rocco's Boat on Sesame Street. But to (kind of) answer your question, on Fraggle Rock I don't think they adapted any original songs. Sesame Street often does parody songs, like the one you mentioned.
