Stickers (Palisades Design?)

Does anyone know about these stickers?
Their card design looks just like the Palisades cards for their Action Figures (series 4 and beyond)...

Yeah and i complimented them on the design many times and nobody mentioned it ! LOL !

It's the one time we can't give credit to Palisades, Ken didn't mention it? i have said stuff before because i saw muppet underwear with a muppet sticker atached to the tag last summer with the same design. Palisades gets the credit for the muppet action figures, in which they would have Henson beat on that rather then packaging
