Me: Yeah, better late than never I guess. And Gonzo- you can quit campaigning to me- I totally voted you for "Most Likely to Perform Feats of Lunatic Daring"...oh, you mean these awards are for the fans? Gotcha. Well, you still got my write-in vote anyway.
Sam: Did you remember to vote me for "Only Normal and Decent Folk in the Place"?
Me: Of course, Sam- I think everyone concedes that title to you.
Well, anyway- until the show starts back up again, let me just say a serious and heartfelt and hearty Congratulations to all the award winners! You all deserve it. No matter who gets what, it's all about having fun and recognizing the uniqueness that everyone brings here. As Mister Rogers told us, "You make each day special by just your being you." And I truly believe that. So keep being awesome out there!
