Cop: Hello citizens of Monstropolis. I understand that because of these recent sightings of monsters, many of you are now living in fear. But fear not! For I have captured one of those vile beasts. *camera pans to Grace* These mindless things want nothing more than to sink their teeth into you and make you your next meal.

*facepalm*

Cop: *laughs* As you can see, it has the ability to mimic human speech, but it's cognitive abilities seem rather low. Its only thoughts are "eat" and "kill." It is safely locked behind these electrified bars, so it cannot get out and attack anyone else.

*points at cop*

Cop: Now, we are going to make sure this monster does not escape again. In a few days, it will be transferred to a research facility where we will study it and possibly dissect it. We want to learn more about it in case there are other monsters out there like it. That way, we know how to defend you.

Cop: I am aware of sightings of another monster yesterday. We have not found any bodies of victims, however, we did find a lot of blood on the roof of a building. We do not have a good description...although what little information we do have suggests it may have been a jersey devil
