You know, something is bothering me. Maybe we should ask Victoria but do you think there are different species of mermaids?

Hm, I would say yes. Victoria never mentioned she's Atlantian and if she were, she would have some kind of underwater animal as a form she could turn into. But who knows, maybe her mermaid species and the Atlantians are related.
