Here's one.

The Best of the Count: The Ultimate Countdown

Just a collection of skits would be fine with me, but if a linking story was needed, here's an idea.
Premise- The Count's birthday on Sesame Street. (I guess he'd be a few hundred years old! ) Just in an effort to include a lot of classic characters, I'd like there to be a good mix of classic and newer characters on hand to celebrate. Surely Big Bird, Snuffy, Telly, Oscar, Elmo, Zoey, Baby Bear, Rosita, Bert, Ernie, Prairie Dawn, Grover, Cookie Monster and Herry would all be there. I'd also throw in a special appearance from Kermit, Betty Lou, Little Bird, Forgetful Jones, Buster, Hoots, Sherlock Hemlock, Biff, Sully, Bruno, Roosevelt Franklin, Simon Soundman, Guy Smiley, Harvey Kneeslapper, Herbert Birdsfoot, Farley, Beautiful Day Monster, Sam the Robot and Barkley just because I'd like to see all these characters all together again. Definitely all the current human cast should be there- Bob, Susan, Gordon, Gina, Alan, Maria, Luis, Gabi, Miles and I'd like to see Linda there too.
Countess Dahling Von Dahling and Countess Von Backwards could both be there as well, telling stories about The Count as everyone looks back on all the many fun times and memories with the Count.

As for the actual clips, it'd be nice to include some of the humans no longer on the show- especially Mr. Hooper and David. It'd also be cool to see Olivia, Savion, Ruthie, Willy, Uncle Wally and Mike again.

The Count would probably be counting down each scene.

Clips
The Count's first appearance on Sesame Street
Any other early Street scenes with the Count
Tons of Count's counting sketches, of course
- ex. Count counting flowers
-Count and Cookie Monster count apples
Count interacting with humans and Muppets sketches
-Count is elevator operator for Kermit
-Count hires Ernie to answer his phone
-Count spends the night with Ernie and Bert and counts sheep
Maybe a special selection of Count scenes from specials
-Count with Phil Donahue on "Put Down the Duckie" 1988 special
-Count talking about PBS with Telly on "Big Bird's Birthday or Let Me Eat Cake" 1991 special
-Count scenes in "Follow That Bird", "Elmo in Grouchland", "Elmo Saves Christmas", "Christmas Eve on Sesame Street", "Muppet Family Christmas", appearances on The Muppet Show, etc.
And of course, The Count's songs
-Lambaba
-The Batty Bat
-Bones (Inside of You)
-Coconut Counting Man
-Little Miss Count Along
-First Day of School

And video could end with Count's birthday cake and the Count counting candles and refusing to blow them out, but asking for more candles to count, until he's told that that's all he gets for this year, and he finally blows them out. And The Count counts the credits at the end.

I'm sure there's lots of other great scenes and songs that could be filled in. I'll admit I don't remember as many other scenes for The Count as I do for some others, but surely he's someone who's been on the show nearly since the beginning and should have his own special "best of" video too. Any other ideas for The Count?
