Unknown animated sketch

There's one animated sketch that I remember seeing again and again in the 80's and it was one with a VERY 80's sounding rock tune and something about a kid not being allowed to play baseball with the rest of the kids but finally they relent and he helps them win the game. Does that ring any bells with anyone?
