Weird how some things go

Hi everyone,
I know I just got back here recently,but I've been having some medical problems (which I'll go into in a bit) and I need some testing done.
I was born with something called hydrocephalus (or to put it in laymen's terms"water on the brain") There's a tube inside my head that drains the water out. There are times when the tube (or shunt) doesn't work. I've had 6 operations to have a new one put in.
My point of all this?
Even before re-joining MC I've been having debilitating headaches,tiredness & been off balance. These symptoms are all a sign of shunt failure. I saw my neurologist yesterday & she wants to run some tests on me (CAT Scan & EEG or Electronic Encephalogram) to see what's going on.Needless to say I'm scared.(I mean...wouldn't YOU be?)
Please keep me in your thoughts and prayers OK?

I hope all goes well for you. Surgery is not a nice thing. It'll be great to see you back here, healthy (as healthy as is possible in this world), and having fun! But, in the meantime, I hope you recover well, and, have a muffin on me!
