2558 aired on Saturday, and 2615 aired on Sunday...so they will resume with classic episodes next week.

Ohhh, I missed these skits last week and I am very disapointed! I think it was the episode from 1970. What episodes do YOU think are going to be on Noggin this night?

Oh, man! i'd die to see this episode. It was Oscar's Wet Paint Sign from 1970 and the sponsors of this episode are A and 8. The number "8" version of the Jazzy Spies is on it, but check out that the number "2" version of the Jazzy Spies is on this TV site:
www.retromedia.tv

By the way, I remember seeing the sketch where Herry dresses like Ernie, because I have it on the Rainstorm episode on tape, but what sketch did Cookie dress like Ernie??

Bert blamed Ernie for eating their cookies cause he saw someone with Ernie's hair and Ernie's laugh and Ernie tries to convince Bert that it wasnt him. Then Cookie Monster (an AM monster at the time) comes in and does the Ernie laugh. Its like a different version of the cake skit with Beatiful Day but Bert actually finds out it was a monster.

Ha, ha! How funny that Cookie (AM monster) does the Ernie laugh on this skit. But on the skit where Herry dresses up like Ernie, I think Herry does NOT do the Ernie laugh, because he only said to Grover (original blue Grover, of course): "Surprise on you, Grover. A-ha! I've warned you!" after Grover surprises him. This is right after the B things on the wall cartoon and before the animated dots segment where one of the thirty dots hits the iceberg thingy. These segments are shown on the Rainstorm episode from 1972.

I wonder who operated Cookie, er, the AM monster in that skit. It was most likely Fran Brill or Jerry Nelson, I just can't tell whose puppeteering style that was.
