Who sings Please Be Careful?

I've been wondering who sings this song. It's obviously a quartet of African-American men, and I'm pretty sure they're well-known in the music industry. I only need to know what they call themselves as a singing group. This song they did, "Please Be Careful", is about crossing the street while holding hands with a grown-up, and it was seen in #2404.

This group also did another song called "Bus Stop Sign" which ended with them getting on the bus (where Big Bird was the driver!).

Can anyone help me out?
