Any news on the remaining Muppet releases?

Hey Beaker...
1 It's not that there isn't any Muppet figure news. The Made In China article in the Palisades Club just showed three pics that will make a Muppets collector happy. If by Muppets you include Sesame Street and I do.
2 The online retailer for the Penguin 2-Pack idea hasn't been necessarily canned. It's just that the retailer has been lined up but not announced as of yet. It could most probably end up being an oline retailer or some other distributor, we have to wait and see.
So there is some Muppet figure news left, just not that much.
And don't forget the possible hopes of getting Sal Manilla, a deal for Standing Robin that's on the backburner last we heard, and two more potential deals Ken's kept tight-lipped about.

Heh, anyone who doesnt count Sesame, Bear in the Big Blue House, or Fraggle Rock as Muppets is only kidding themselves Thanks for the heads up man...so cool to have both franchises on one toy company!

Yeah, it's very cool. If it were any other way the lines just would not match up. And best of all the Sesame line picks up right as the Muppet line leaves.

Well, here's all the news we've gotten so far.

S10: Status.
MTI Cabin Boy Gonzo and Rizzo 2-pack: Wizard World LA 2005, released.
Frog Scout Leader Kermit with blue Frog Scout or green Frog Scout: Wizard World Philadelphia 2005, released.
FSL Kermit will go on sale through the Palisades Collector's Club tomorrow at 10:00 AM EST, and will cost $20 plus S&H each.
Club members are allowed a max of 4 apiece, and you won't know which Frog Scout you get until you get the package and open it up.
Uncle Deadly: Exclusive sold through www.omgcnfo.com, currently taking pre-orders.
There are three different paint schemes, and more info too!
Classic UD is the signature, and comes with white Muppet Skull and white-gray Muppet Ghost.
Flashback UD is the Black & White version, with possibly GITD paint underneath. The ghost and skull might also have the GITD paint applied.
Steppin' Out UD has black and silver clothes, and a clear Ghost and Skull.
The Penguins: Just announced!
The 2-pack of Penguins will be another www.omgcnfo.com exclusive, sold at San Diego ComicCon 2005 first, and then through the website.
BTW: Reps for omgcnfo.com said that packaged samples of UD arrived at their offices, the shipment should be at the warehouse and ready to send out by the end of the month. We'll see.
Rainbow Connection Kermit and Robin the Frog, with Muppet Cabbage, Eggplant and Scallion: Palisades Direct.
Tony Equi, stated that this item is currently on the boat from China and might make it to PT's warehouses by the end of the month.

So, there you have it, almost all of S10 released by summer's end.
Now all we need is hope that Sal Manilla will/might get released as well to finish off the series and the line.

Well...

Cabin Boy Gonzo and Rizzo at WWLA 2005, available at the Palisades Collector's Club now.
Frog Scout Leader Kermit with either blue or green Frog Scout, WWPhilly 2005 and available through the PCC now.
Uncle Deadly, in three versions: Classic, Flashback with possible GITD paint underneath and Steppin' Out from www.omgcnfo.com Already charging cards for the pre-orders placed, hopefully will be shipping and arriving on doorsteps soon.
The Penguin 2-Pack, made available through a pre-sale from www.omgcnfo.com, if you didn't get at least one back then don't fret. This will be their SDCC 2005 exclusive, and me thinks there might be some left over for the website, but you'd have to check after the con in mid-July to make sure.

And now... Rainbow Connection Kermit and Robin!
Yes, there's an article on www.figures.com and a thread over at Palisades where you can find the hexact link stating that this exclusive will go on sale tomorrow. Though Tony Equi, the guy in charge of the club and it's shopping cart said it wouldn't be ready till mid-July, let's just check back tomorrow and see if it's definitely gone up for sale.

All this leaves is Sal to get made in what's left of the second half of the year.
Come on Palisades, we know you can make this last one figure possible!

Well, sadly, the Muppet Figure Release Schedule still says that they will not produce Sal, Dr. Bob, Nurse Piggy, Nurse Janice, Baby Kermit & Piggy 2-pack from the Muppet Babies, and the standing version of the naked Robin. And I don't know if there will be any news about the Electric Mayhem minis. It pretty looks like the line is about to end!

Yes, but the exciting thing is that Palisades is not done with the Muppets. We are launching into a wonderful new line of Sesame Street figures which will be amazing!! Hopefully this one will last just as long as the Muppet Show line did.
