About the "creature numbers" series...

First of all who animated it? It almost seems to predate "Pokemon" in a strange sorta manner. Second of all, I think I can identify what most of the animals were but there's some I need help with, I think it goes like:

1 - something (?) with an umbrella
2 - swan in galoshes
3 - cat
4 - rabbit
5 - phoenix
6 - dog
7 - pelican
8 - gorilla (?) in roller skates
9 - umm...I dunno what this is, maybe a shark
10 - woman on the beach with surfboard
11 - two frogs (?) whistling
12 - unknown creature for the first digit, the second was the same as # 2
13 - mouse and cat
14 - carrot and rabbit
15 - two phoenixes
16 - two dogs (the one on the left is holding a bone)
17 - fish and pelican
18 - a piece of column from a building with the # 8 creature
19 - a dark blue Picasso-esque figure with blond hair and thick red lips that looks like it's being told a secret by the # 9 creature
20 - swan in galoshes with a smiling swimming pool

Could someone please tell me what the "unknowns" are supposed to represent (if anything)? That'd be really cool! Thanx!

It's not long ago since I myself discovered YouTube and the wonderful Sesame Street clips that are on it. I too have the problem of it stopping and starting, that's why I either use the play again option or wait until it has completely downloaded. That way it plays through without stopping.

1.I think is a duck
8.Probably a Dog
9.Dianosaur
11.You may be right about them being Frogs

That's the best I've got for an answer.I couldn't come up with anything for the number one next to the 2.

Looking For Cookie Monster Clip

Now that my children are beginning to watch Sesame Street, I see clips that bring back such memories... My wife and I talk about all the old shows and what we remember.

I've begun lurking here looking at all the old clips that are posted.

This Is Your Life Oak Tree was awesome to stumble across...

I'm posting because I'm interested in finding the clip of Cookie Monster singing while sorrounded by mountains of cookies as far as he can see. This was my favorite clip ever as a boy. Any information about it (year, episode) would be great to know as well.

Excuse me if this was requested before and I didn't find it-newbie here!

Thanks to anyone who can help.

Hey guys, I found some pretty cool clips from Rua Sesamo. Even though these clips are in Spanish, they are still pretty cool. Here they are.
