Yes, this episode was filmed around 1990 or 91 because Richard Hunt was still performing at this point

No, actually, it was taped in 1989 or early 1990...the "official" listed airdate is 1/11/90, but Nick at Nite's site says it was pushed back until the next season, and had a dedication of Jim Henson put at the end of the episode.
