Yeah i was thinking $399 which isn't bad really for a really quality replica item. These aren't meant to be high quality plushies .. $250 was always really cheap for a proper replica and that may be why Master Replicas cut corners or couldn't get the likness right a lot of the time. The protos always looked beautiful. I'd rather pay a bit more and have a REAL Muppet Replica. When you look at Master Replicas Gonzo .. yes its a nice piece to own, but as a replica its shocking, very little like the puppet.

It's obvious we are looking at upwards of 600 for Fozzie and Piggy anyway if not more.

If people think this is high go check out Star Wars replica prices.

Tell me about it....my X-wing from eFX was $1200...when MR was going to put it out. The price target at that time was going to be $800. Times have changed so did the market.

You have to bear in mind a few factors-
Although Rizzo is smaller, it still takes the same long process in making him.Sometimes it takes longer because it gets fiddly working on a smaller object.
Prices have increased in Asian factories.
Less pieces are being made, which will also again increase the price.
It wouldnt surprise me if Rizzo was around $400 or $500.Or more!

Not to meantion that there is more detail on this photo puppet more than the other ones that where made. Consider the Jacket with his Ratpnic on the back, and his hat. So that is quite a bit to consider for production.

if rizzo is more than $300, i don't know if i'll be getting him. i'm hoping for $299 or less, but that's being a little too hopeful.

As long as there is some kind of payment plan, I'm ok with paying whatever. Just forking over $500 at once my wife just wouldn't understand.

From what I've heard other saying, EFX has apparently had those before.
For their $1200 X-wing fighters and whatnot. Those people may be full of it, but personally I'm hoping we have the option.
