The purple sproingers are creatures resembling jellyfish. They should be added to the list.

    14 Giant Bolo Monster.
Episode 23: The Beast of Bluerock, on FR Season 1 DVD set.
    16 Gridgen Spiders.
Episode 23: The Beast of Bluerock, on FR Season 1 DVD set.

Never seen; Wembley goes to help Gobo find the Beast, but Boober reminds him that he could run into a giant bolo monster, gridgen spiders, and poison cacklers, to which Wembley replies that no one has ever seen them. (Though later Posion Cacklers are discovered later on.)

    18 The Invisible Garboil.
Episode 21: Gobo's Discovery, on FR Season 1 DVD set.

Not exactly a Muppet, but can be counted: it's represented by billowing red and white smoke and howling wind, and almost destroys Fraggle Rock.

    OK, made some additions.
Here's a question. Though I said I wouldn't go to www.imdb.com for any further entries I was puzzled by the following: In their FR cast list, they have Gerard "Gerry" Parkes as the actor for Jerome "Doc" Christian.
Is this Doc's full name? Can anyone please confirm this?
If so, then should the international versions of Doc be listed by the same name of said character?

Added the Doodlebugs, since there's evidence they exist though unseen, because of the nest Boober brings back for Mokey since said nests make great ink.
The Giant Bolo Monster and The Gridgen Spiders: Won't add these... Yet.
Will treat them as mythic FR creatures, known of by the stories passed down from earlier generations though said creatures were never seen. Will add them if needed after tending to the other additions pending at the moment.

So, here's what's left to sort out whether or not they should be added.
And if they should have the article "The" attached at the front of their names.
    Remaining Questions.
*10 Cootie: Who or what is this character/creature? Should it be added to the list?
*12 Enigma Fish: Who or what is this character/creature? Should it be added to the list?
*13 Gaga Bug: Who or what is this character/creature? Should it be added to the list?
*17 Honkfish: Who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
Is this a single character or a group of characters/creatures known either way as "Honkfish"?
19 Should the entry for "Mirkmonster" be changed to "The Mirkmonster"? Or left as is?
*23 Rockbeetles: Who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
*25 Screaming Iceworms: Who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
*26 Spiderflies: who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
*28 Three-Eyed Mind Melter: Who or what is this character/creature? Should it be added to the list?
Hope to hear from you guys soon and have a good day.

"Jerome Christian": That's his real name as revealed later in the series, but I think it's better to treat it as a "hidden" fact (like Guy Smiley's and Cookie's real name). And since there is no other reference given to the other co-productions, their names are very likely "Doc" and "Sprocket" (with the exceptions of "The Captain" and "Croquette").

*26 Spiderflies: who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?

I've only seen one, in the documentary; he looks sort of like a young, fat, baggy-eyed Uncle Deadly minus the teeth, horns, and "beard", and has a much softer look and more narrow nose. He wore a tan, torn garment, covered with many thin brown feathers, and he did have cobweb-like wings. I don't know if others existed.

OK, will leave 'em as are.

This descript you speak of, is that the Magical Spider-Fly from Episode 79?Or is that one of the generic Spiderflies from Episode 43?

Guess we'll have to wait Season 2 to be released on DVD or someone to make deals with us.
Oh well, hope to hear from you guys soon and have a good weekend.

I never knew they were separate. The one I described was from "Wembley's Flight".

The Spider Fly described by Muppet Dude was the magical one, also referred to as a Fairy Godmother and an Odd Old Man. The generic type are just little flies.

Yeah... Sorry I didn't post earlier MuppetDude.
The one you laid down in descript form here is the Magical Spider-Fly from Episode 79.
The ones I'm askin' bout are the ones listed over at www.punchandjewelry.com from Episode 43.

Guess they should be added then? Oh well, we'll see what happens.

Well I some charater questions myself here!

1.Why Gobo Fraggle was being so silly about a bell in The Bells of Fraggle Rock? :smirk:Gobo had forgoten the true meaning of the hoilday!

    2. Should Boober Fraggle be careful about want he's saying? :sigh:Boober always talks about his fears!

    3. How dose Wemley Fraggle know what an egg is?:coy: well in Wmbley's egg none of the fraggles know what an egg is exspet for Wembley.

    4. Is the baby tree creature a boy or a girl? Well they're really called tree creatures but I called them tree creature birds because I don't know want kind of bird they are and I do think the baby is a girl.

    5. Why dose Mokey Fraggle get upset sometimes? I mean :dreamy:Mokey dosen't most of the time get upset!

    6. How Red Fraggle wants to be the leader? Well :excited:Red and Gobo dose competes at time!

I know this original post of questions is VERY old, from 2005 to be exact, but thought I'd still answer them. Found it fun trying to remember all these things or what I thought these things were. Probably wrong in a lot of cases, but still thought I'd share my thoughts. After I finish and post this reply, I'll read what everyone had said, but I won't correct what I typed out if it differs.

1 Should the entry for "Architect Doozer" be changed to "The Architect Doozer"? Or left as is?
The Architect Doozer, makes more sense as a title.

2 Is Aretha a Fraggle or just merely a cave creature?
    Cave Creature

3 Should the Tree Bird Creature Family be changed to just "Tree Creature"?
Baby Tree Bird, Mama Tree Bird, and Papa Tree Bird Creature respectively.
No, Tree Bird Creature Family makes more sense to me.

4 Marigold, Ms. Ardath's Airedale. Should this character be added to the list?
And is "A-i-r-e-d-a-l-e" the correct spelling of that species of dog?
Even though we never saw Marigold, she was still part of the show.
I think Airedale is, maybe she was an Airedale Terrier.

5 Ms. Ardath. Should this character be added?
Same as above, we never saw Ms. Ardath, but she was still part of the show.

6 Should the entry for "Mudwell the Mud Bunny" be changed to "Mudbunny"? Or left as is?
    Left as is.

7 Should the entry for "Old Gypsy Fraggle" be changed to "The Old Gypsy Lady"? Or left as is?
That's a toughie, but being it deals with Fraggles, left as is.

8 Should the entry for "The Wizard (FR)" be changed to "The Wizard of Fraggle Rock"? Or left as is?
Should be change to "The Wizard of Fraggle Rock"

9 Should the entry for "Avalanche Monster" be changed to "The Avalanche Monster"? Or left as is?
    Left as is.

*10 Cootie: Who or what is this character/creature? Should it be added to the list?
Could be the Fraggle version of a wasp kind of insect.

*11 Dreedlebugs: Who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
Don't know why I think of Doodlebugs(Woodlouse) when I see that name.

*12 Enigma Fish: Who or what is this character/creature? Should it be added to the list?
Can't quite recall about the Enigma Fish. Will have to go back and watch for hints from the episode they are mentioned, if they are.

*13 Gaga Bug: Who or what is this character/creature? Should it be added to the list?
Often thought it was a Fraggle version of the Lady bug. To us a little bug bite is just a sharp little pain, but I'm sure to a Fraggle, the same size bug bite on a small Fraggle is much worse.

*14 Giant Bolo Monster: Who or what is this character/creature? Should it be added to the list?
As a child, I often thought the bass player with the Minstrels was a smaller version of a friendly Bolo Monster who live in somewhere off in very cold areas of the rock.

15 Should the entry for "The Gorg's Killer Soufflé" be changed to "Gorg's Killer Soufflé"? Or left as is?
    Gorg's Killer Souffle

*16 Gridgen Spiders: Who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
I often thought of these as a version of a hairy tarantula spider, but to a Fraggle, they do appear big in size.

*17 Honkfish: Who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
Is this a single character or a group of characters/creatures known either way as "Honkfish"?
Fish who honk when are exposed to being out of water.

18 The Invisible Garboil: Who or what is this character/creature? Should it be added to the list?
Fraggle lore spoke of it as a demon. Maybe a Gargoyle perhaps?

19 Should the entry for "Mirkmonster" be changed to "The Mirkmonster"? Or left as is?
    The Mirkmonster

*20 Moss-Billed Flubberduck: Who or what is this character/creature? Should it be added to the list?
Not quite sure what this is, but an image of those 3 clam moss covered looking things that sung with Red by the pond with the Lily Creature comes to my mind for some reason.

*21 Purple Sproingers: Who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
Jelly-like floating creatures that eat smelly big flowers.

22 Should the entry for "The Rock Clinger" be changed to "The Rock Clingers"? Or left as is?
Depends on if your talking about a colony of them or not.

*23 Rockbeetles: Who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
A smaller version of the Rumblebugs and they don't hum and tend to hide under rocks.

24 Should the entry for "The Rumblebugs" be changed to "Rumblebugs"? Or left as is?
    Rumblebugs

*25 Screaming Iceworms: Who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
Can't quite recall these in Fraggle Rock. Will have to look up the episode and look for hints.

*26 Spiderflies: who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
If they resemble anything to the Spiderfly Fairy Godmother, I'd assume they are pretty little butterfly looking creatures.

*27 Thimblebeetles: Who or what are these characters/creatures? Should they be added to the list?
Or should they be classified per their other denotation as "Thimblebugs"?
I think Red squished one, one time. /lol Thimblebeetles are colorful little beetles that sit on rocks, I recall had a snout-like claw looking thing.

*28 Three-Eyed Mind Melter: Who or what is this character/creature? Should it be added to the list?
Have no clue, but it sounds like something that might be found in the swamp beyond the Gorg's cast or off in one of the many deep dark caves of the rock.

And anything is worth being added to the list dealing with Fraggledom.
