The Dark Knight is Heath Ledger's final completed film, but at the time of his death, he was currently working with Terry Gilliam on The Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus, which is still in production.

Ledger was the part of the Joker right?

Yes, he was the Joker in the next Batman movie which is in post-production, but should be hitting theaters in July I believe.
