Hope peoples start moving back in now that the townhouse's open again.

Well... that was something.
Rizzo: That's the last time we let Pepe choose the movie, agreed?
Pepe: What wasn't to like, huh? Lots of beautiful womens.
Right... Well... I should get back to school work... *Looks at her phone and suddenly realizes what day it is* Rizzo...
Rizzo: Yeah?
...We missed your birthday last weekend!
Rizzo: Wha? ... Oh wow, you're right!
Pepe: Party time!
Let's make you a cake!

Liza: Ahhhh. All moved in, now let's go meet our new friends!

Gonzo: Yeah, I heard Rizzo moved in!

Liza: *drags her peeps to see Julia*

Mmm? Oh, I thought I heard something about a duckie earlier.

*Leaves lounging jackets for Julia's crew at Apt. 10.
For Julia: Vibrant violet colored jacket, with a bit of a ruffle around the collar and cuffs, and bearing an embroidered drama mask on the jacket's front left side.
For Pepe: Wine reddened colored jacket, bordered by little bubbles around the collar and bearing a clear martini glass embroidered on the jacket's front left side.
For Rizzo: Rich gray colored jacket, bordered with small gnawed holes around the collar and bearing an embroidered hunklike wedge of Swiss cheese on the jacket's front left side.

*digging through refridgetor* How is it possible we don't own any cake ingredients?
Pepe: We do not bake. I say we buy the cake. Much easier, huh?
No! This is Rizzo's belated birthday cake! We owe him one!
Pepe: Is that why you sent him to his room? He knows you are making this cake already.
You're missing the point, Pepe. Now go find me some eggs and floor.

Pepe: *grumbling. Opens the front door to find the package* What is this? *brings package to Julia* Look at what my prawn eyes found.
*Checks note* Oh! It's our welcome gifts! *Opens the package* Oooooh, pretty! *Holds up her jacket* With a theatre mask! Awesome!
Pepe: Hey, hey, this is pretty sweet. *Puts his jacket on*
And look! There's one for Rizzo! We can give that to him later when we make him the cake! ... Where are those eggs?
Pepe: ... *sigh* I will go look.

Sal: I made them banana bread!

Gonzo: I've gotten them canolis!

Johnny: Those are my canolis!

*hears knock at door* Pepe, go see who that is.
Pepe: Oh fine. *answers door. Upon seeing Liza* Hello there. I seem to have lost my number, can I have yours?
Pepe! *throws a dish towel over him and comes to the door* Sorry about him, he's like that. You just have to ignore him.
Pepe: Hey, it's dark under here, you know!
I'm Julia, it's nice to meet you all.
