I got a synopsis from my electronic TV guide. It says:

Extreme Makeover:Home Edition
New, "Craft Family" (2006), A home is renovated for a high-school coach who has been an inspiration in his community. With Ty Pennington in the Gulf states helping with hurricane relief, Kermit the Frog takes his place as team leader. (Reality)
