I don't have one, but I've seen them. I'd be afraid a lint roller would pull off the flocking. A swiffer might work, or an air can to just blow the dust off.

This is a beautiful statue. I reported on it back in 2006 when I went to WDW. I'm pretty sure it's still sold there too. Here's a picture of it I took when I was there.

I have one of the Kermit statues - it is great! I have to admit I haven't cleaned him yet (I have had him less than a year) but when we purchased him at WDW last year the lady at the Muppet Store said to clean him with a lint free cloth like you would use to clean CD's/DVD's.
As of October last year Kermit seemed to be readily available at most of the art stores at WDW.
