Muppet Show Season 4 coming in 2013

Something I've noticed over last month since the movie was released, is that the price in certain stores for the DVD sets of The Muppet Show went down. They had been around $25-35 dollars and several places I went to had a price change of $20 dollars. This might be a way for Disney to sell more DVDs of the show to snag more people in buying the newer box sets (which I'm sure will have a retail price of $35.00 as the originals were when they were released). It's all strategy!! It makes me crazy! lol

I was in 6th grade when I bought my Season 3 DVD. I am now a sophmore in high school. Does nearly 4 years sound like too much to anyone else?

Wow, lol. You should definitely contact Disney with that comparison. If that doesn't help open their eyes, I don't know what will! Ha ha.

I'm really REALLY thinking positively about this, and trying to make myself believe that Disney is going to release them this next year, as it only makes PERFECT sense to market them out with the new & successful movie. Right?

My optimistic nature thoughjt it would be released after the movie came out,but I was wrong. Phooey! They also should have Frog Prince as a bonus feature on Princess and the Frog, or Hey Cinderella on a Cinderella Special Edition at least. I mean my Cinderella Dvd has.....Cinderella sport stories. Really? Does anyone know how I could contact Disney?

I am very new to this thread and now it's 2013. WHY ISN'T SEASON $ RELEASED YET? WHAT ABOUT BONUS FEATURES FOR CRYING OUT LOUD? Also, whay am i yelling and complaining. I am getting worried about DVD releases lately.

Some say that the release is being held off due to music rights. On the other hand, Disney may just also be sitting on this release, possibly to coincide with the next Muppet movie. No one really knows at this point what is going on.

Maybe Disney is going to have a huge Season 4 release, complete with a Muppet party, meet and greet with the Muppets, and lots of free merchandise!!! And they're gonna include all sorts of rare Muppet specials like Of Muppets and Men, and all the Fairytales!!!

Look, even if we do get Disney to release it, say, 2014. We won't be getting season five until around 2016! And DVDs won't even be sold then!
They'll re-release the other seasons on Blu-Ray before we get them on DVD.

i really hope season 4 comes this winter and or spring because we got the muppet movie coming out this august!
