I'm so insanly addicted to them..... I can't explain why because it was just last year that I was ranting about how dumb they were. But my faves are:

Trading Spaces
Fear Factor
American Idol
Meet My Folks

I also liked Dog Eat Dog when it was airing.... I think that was just a summer filler, though.

Strange, I never really considered 'Trading Spaces' a reality show. To me, it's kinda like comparing 'Bob Vila's Home Again' to 'Fear Factor'. Just not quite the same. LOL

I don't know if this qualifies as 'REality TV' but we just had an american show on here called 'The BAcholer' and this guy had the pick of all these women and every week he got rid of a certain number of them. An extremly stupid show but highly addictive!

But you have to wonder what was so great about this guy if he had to resort to a television show to find a a girlfriend!

In the UK version, the guy who was the batchelor ended up going out with the presenter of the show ! LOL !

Hey just wait until you get Joe Millionare! On that one, they lie to the women and tell them that the guy is a millionare, when really he is a poor construction worker.

But what makes me mad is that he isn't a poor construction worker, and is in fact a down on his luck, had more money then they protray him to have, wannabe actor who modeled underwear on a website and was a male escort.

And at least one of the contests is in the same boat, in that she's a former "adult video star". I just get ticked off with the whole thing.

This leads to a whole new debate (and i might add an interesting one here at Muppet Central). If you appear in foot fetish magazines, does that make you an adult video star ? Well i guess that depends on where exactly you put your foot !
