Why would Stevie Wonder or whoever owns his music feel that his musical number shouldn't be allowed on the new box set?

The edit that really confuses me is the removal of the "Big Bird plays Store with Crystal" clip from #536. That one I can't figure out at all. Did grown-up Crystal somehow know about the release of this and object? But that doesn't make much sense.....

Regrettable as they are, the Swingle Singers and Stevie Wonder edits at least make sense on a legal level, but I'm drawing a blank on this one. Any ideas?...

Especially since she appears in other scenes in that episode.
