well I've been in college for almost 2 months now and I have to say, it's lightyears better than high school. I'm a Spanish major/art minor and am taking 2 spanish courses (Spanish Conversation I and Intermediate Spanish II), an art course (Studio Art Foundations), English 101 (the most boring class in the world because the professor speaks in a monotone, every other word that comes out of her mouth is "um," and no one cares about the class), and a seminar about Philadelphia. I'm also really enjoying the independence of living in a dorm and being able to create my own schedule. I do go home about every 1-2 weeks to do laundry, eat some good home-cooked food, and spend time with my family. The only things I don't like are the dining hall food (once in a while they have something good but it's not always very interesting) and not having digital cable/ DVR so I can record and watch shows I don't have time to watch...
