Well, for the weekend, I have the place to myself and I got paid to take care of it.

So, I've been losing weight and eating healthier because I'm getting older and I can't keep treating my body like a little kid anymore.

I was suffering from high blood pressure as a result of my weight gain and chowing down on unhealthy foods. It was at 170 over 103. I checked it today after making life style changes, and it went down to 138 over 85.

Still not the healthiest range, but definitely a HUGE improvement. It really brought a smile on my face.

Honestly I heard "too high" was 140 onward.

The range you want to be in is 120 or lower, but none the less, still a major improvement.

140 over 80 used to be considered very good.

But then again, it's kind of like certain food items keep going back and forth between being good for you and being bad for you, like eggs, milk, fish, etc.

Pfft.

Eggs and fish have protein, so does milk, along with calcium.

You just gotta balance out your food.

I know, but the so-called medical experts and such keep flip-flopping on them being good for you, and being bad for you. Like right now, milk is "bad for you," because they say it messes up your digestive system.

Well, yeah, no ****, if you drink too much of that stuff.

I mean, the fact that everyone has puked from doing the milk challenge says something....
