The Elmo in Grouchland download is at 93%. The HD transfer is stunning.. I mean, it's so much better than the DVDs. It's got a some grain in the backgrounds, but it's most likely because it came from the original film reels. Here's a picture from the opening.

Somehow, the picture shrunk itself, but it's really a awesome HD rip. One of the best I've seen in a long time. It will take a long time to upload though, because it's 9.23 gigabytes. But I'll eventually upload it for everyone here.

It's WAY better than VHS, the logo is barely noticeable, and is always transparent.

You could compress it to a 8GB DVD, or a Blu-Ray disc.
