Bush will win by 15% margin

I believe that Bush will win by a 15% or better margin. The fact that if you are voting for kerry only because of your hatered of George W.... that's appaling. Obviously your emotions have taken control of your rational thought process.

Republicans will make sure that G.W. will not be put in a position like the last election... It wasn't stolen, it was sabotaged, by the dems & the media. (Hey boys, let's not call the state of Florida untill all the counties have closed their polls... it's not like we want to influence a voting state that closes in two different time zones or anything like that.)

Besides, do you think that Hilary would want to miss out running in the 2008
election? Look for another bomb shell to drop like the Sandy Berger deal that will de-rail kerry if he even maganges to catch up to Bush.

Attack me if you will but character assasination does nothing to help convince others that your arument has any merrit.

I would like... if I may... to raise a few points. Now this is just me talking, but I don't *exactly* hate Bush. Hating anyone seems ridiculous. We're all just carbon-based bipeds. I just hate many of the things he's done. For example, that whole constitutional amendment thing he tried to do. And at first, I admit the main reason for my wanting to vote for Kerry was to get Bush out of office, but now that I've heard more, like at the Democratic National Convention, for example, I rully do want Kerry to win, and not just so that Bush will lose. I agree with Kerry on many more issues than I do with Bush, and believe he could run the country better, and as well as deal with the sit' in Iraq.

I voted for Kerry because I don't believe Bush has done a good job so far in running the country. There's a lot of problems that have gone unchecked so far. However, I'm not interested in Kerry to much either and wish their was more of a candidate who had a lot of personality and emotion to light up everyone. Kerry seems rather dull to me. But given between the current president and Kerry, I vote for Kerry.

I don't hate Bush. I just think he's done a bad job and don't beleave he'd do any better with a second term. I admit. I am voting for one guy so that the other doesn't win. I'm not proud, but my options are limited.

This election is less about pro-Bush v. pro-Kerry, and more about pro-Bush v. anti-Bush. As long as somebody is running against Bush, and they have a resonable platform, and they are not threatening to rewrite the Constitution all the time, they've got my vote. I'm not voting to put someone in office, I'm voting to get someone out. It's really kinda sad that a lot of people are thinking this way in this election. Usually it's "better the devil you know, than the devil you don't." But if the devil you know is so bad that you are willing to take a chance on anyone else, then you must feel pretty desperate about getting Bush out of office.

I feel the same way Sara.

Well, so far we have Kerry in the lead and no votes for Nader. Let's hope the real election follows a similar pattern. :)
  14. GeeBee New Member

If you care about the environment, you don't want to vote for Nader because it's essentially a vote for Bush.
  15. Don'tLiveonMoon New Member

Yeah, I don't know what he's thinking. Can't he see that all he's doing is hurting the party that is more in line with his ideals? I mean, I guess he's running on principle, but there's no way he can come close to winning, so he's only taking votes from Kerry, like he did with Gore.

I beleive there a very few things a gentleman/woman shouldn't speek of publicly because they always cause arguments or distain, no matter how hard you try not to let them. They are; religion, sex, money, and politics.
So with that said, I wish all the canadiates luck and I hope we all choose wisely this voting season.

To Vote Republican, One Must Believe The Following:

Saddam was a good guy when Reagan armed him, a bad guy when Bush's daddy made war on him, a good guy when Cheney did business with him and a bad guy when Bush needed a "we can't find Bin Laden" diversion.

Trade with Cuba is wrong because the country is communist, but trade with China and Vietnam is vital to a spirit of international harmony.

The United States should get out of the United Nations, and our highest national priority is enforcing U.N. resolutions against Iraq.

A woman can't be trusted with decisions about her own body, but multinational corporations can make decisions affecting all mankind without regulation.

Jesus loves you, and shares your hatred of homosexuals and Hillary Clinton.

The best way to improve military morale is to praise the troops in speeches while slashing veterans' benefits and combat pay.

If condoms are kept out of schools, adolescents won't have sex.

A good way to fight terrorism is to belittle our long-time allies, then demand their cooperation and money.

Providing health care to all Iraqis is sound policy. Providing health care to all Americans is socialism.

HMOs and insurance companies have the best interests of the public at heart.

Global warming and tobacco's link to cancer are junk science, but creationism should be taught in schools.

A president lying about an extramarital affair is a impeachable offense. A president lying to enlist support for a war in which thousands die is solid defense policy.

Government should limit itself to the powers named in the Constitution, which include banning gay marriages and censoring the Internet.

The public has a right to know about Hillary's cattle trades, but George Bush's driving record is none of our business.

Being a drug addict is amoral failing and a crime, unless you're a conservative radio host. Then it's an illness, and you need our prayers for your recovery.

You support states' rights, which means Attorney General John Ashcroft can tell states what local voter initiatives they have the right to adopt.

What Bill Clinton did in the 1960s is of vital national interest, but what Bush did in the '80s is irrelevant.

Politics make strange bedfellows. No wonder youngsters are turned off!! Feel free to pass this on. If you don't send it to at least 10 other people, we're likely to be stuck with Bush for 4 more years.
