THE MUPPET MOVIE II - THE SEARCH FOR SAM

In this movie, Kermit and other muppets, Fozzie, Gonzo, etc, are cleaning and repairing the attic of their home. Anyway, Kermit stumbles unto a box to find old films reels of the muppet family of years past (ala Muppet Family Christmas). So later on that night, they view the films, mostly of them as babies and growing up. After the last reel is played most of the muppets head for bed, while Kermit says "I'lll be up their in a little while I just want to put the reels away. So Kermit reaches for the box and notices one reel without a label that he never noticed before. He then puts it on to witness muppets that he had never seen before. A show of Sam and friends plays and Kermit is mesmerised and cannot get over the fact that he has never met Sam before or anyone else from the show. So with this Kermit rally's all of his muppet friends for an adventure of a lifetime...................TO FIND SAM!!!!

P.S. I know very well that Kermit was on Sam and friends, but just for the movies sake, it would be awsome to Sam and friends around in 2004

Tell me what you think!

I have an idea for a movie.

The Muppet's hold a talent show and in last place, The Electric Mayhem come in last, even though they are the best. They become ignored by everyone at the Muppet theater and leave (with the van) to go find a gig. The van breaks down, so they hitch hike with a strange man. They look in the backseat and there are marianette puppets(hes a puppeteer) and they get freaked out by them and run away from him(cameo anyone?). Meanwhile Kermit and the gang try to put on a show without them, and fail to the extremes. The Electric Mayhem go into a coffee shop to cool down and realise that it's the church that they used to play at. They try to get a job there, but don't get it. it could end where the gang traks down the Mayhem band, and they make it big. the Mayhem band are playing at there new concert with their new fame, but decide to quit and come back with kermit. It could end where they put on a show where Dr.teeth and Floyd sing, Animal gets a great drum solo, janice gets a solo on guitar, and Zoot gets the final note with his sax.

good idea, huh!

I have an original one. (well not really.)

I remember watching a fiml called The Stoogies around the world in a Daze.
Why Cant the muppets do one called Muppets Around the world in 80 Days the cast would be...
Kermit-sir Frog.
Gonzo and Fozzie- his side kicks.
Miss Piggy-as the Mystrious Lady that Follows Kermit all over the world.
and a tallented Actor can be the villain.

The movie would be like almost like the past. Having Kermit meet the rest of the gang but trying to get to London before time runs out.
This is a rough Idea.

How about a crazy comedy movie that blends The Muppet Movie with the original Blues Brothers, featuring Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem as the prominent characters rather than the "traditional" heroes of these Muppet romps.

Here's the premise:

Dr. Teeth, living a sanctified life in a monestary, has a startling revelation that has awaken him one night and breaking his code of silence in one, loud thought:

"I gotta put the band back together!"

After getting unceremonously booted from the monestary with only the clothes he came in with, an electric keyboard, and a notebook with a lot of his poems (hey, he needed something to do while he was there), Dr. Teeth flew back to the States in search of the remaining members of the Electric Mayhem. He begins his journey at the old Muppet Theater, where he talked to an old friend, Kermit, who told Doc where his van was located and gave him a few bucks to go on his way. He didn't know the old van needed repairs, but it has been seven years since he last rode it, and he needed some needed modifications. With the help of a pair of mechanics (Bobo and Sweetums), Dr. Teeth got back on the road to reunite the band.

His first stop was Chicago, where Floyd and Zoot began performing rock songs in a bar "frequented by a pair of singing brothers who wore suits back in the day." When Dr. Teeth asked them if they wanted to reunite Electric Mayhem, they both recalled "The Riot," an infamous concert which was the last one the group played together. Regardless, they joined Doc on their journey. Little did they know a quartet of government agents (Gonzo, Pepe, Sam the Eagle and a celebrity leader) were tailing Dr. Teeth out of fear of a possible resurrection of The Electric Mayhem after the "disruptive, anarchaic behavior" caused by their last known concert, and they wanted to stop them from doing so.

The second stop on the "Reunion Tour" was a juke joint in the deep south, where Beard and Rowlf were performing for a drunken crowd. Just as Beard and Rowlf were about to join the trio, the owner of the bar ordered them to perform one more song to pay off their tab (it seems Rowlf ordered a couple of rounds of root beer and didn't have enough funds for it), so, an impromptu concert featuring 5/7 of the Electric Mayhem began. It immediately got rowdy, but, as they say, music soothes the savage beast, and nearly everybody calmed down, although a couple of them recognized the green bearded guy from a wild concert from seven years ago.

Their next stop was a facility in Arizona where they heard Animal was "being examined." He was relatively cured and speaking quietly and acting very docile. So, the fellas took him back on the van until they saw a cutout of Janice on the walls of one of the scientists (which included a celebrity, Bunsen Honeydew, and Beaker). The celebrity scientist informed the fellas where her new group were performing at and recognized the Electric Mayhem from "The Riot" from seven years ago.

The final stop on the "Reunion Tour" was a California women's music festival, similar to The Lillith Tour, where Janice was one of the performers of a folk rock quartet. Dr. Teeth, Zoot, and Rowlf took the place of the other three female members and joined Janice on stage (introduced to the stage by the world-famous queen of all media Miss Piggy) while Beard and Floyd watched Animal on the van. They performed one of their classics despite Janice's reluctance to join them again, and the crowd asked for an encore. They performed seemlessly until one of the women in the audience saw Dr. Teeth's beard and shouted "Hey, that's a man! Get 'em off the stage." Animal saw numerous buxom beauties enter the fairgrounds and reverted back to his old manic self with one simple word:

:halo: WOMANNNNNNNNNN!!!!!!!!!

Chaos once again ensued, and the agents realized that the band had once again been reunited, and they knew exactly where they were headed: New York City, the last place the band performed and the place where the so-called "Riot" took place. The Electric Mayhem began to click as if the past seven years and got a call from a world-famous music promoter to perform at The Garden for a reunion concert. After intercepting the call, a chase ensued across the interstate with the agents and the Electric Mayhem. After thwarting them, Dr. Teeth and the Electric Mayhem finally reached New York and their concert. Though the agents try one more attempt to stop them, the concert went on, and the crowd went wild.

And other things happen. Don't want to give away the whole story (though I did pretty much tell the biggest of it).
