lol, I did see that one actually, and the guy wouldn't hi-five in K-mart it was so hillarious. I don't think there's ever been a conan where I haven't laughed at elast once
i saw it
Man that was hillarious, I love Conan and I think he must be a pretty big muppet fan cuz they always feature little parodys of muppet characters. Like Muppet Faces of Death and Bert doing gay porn. HILLARIOUS :)
MST3K
I dowloaded and old episode of Mystery Science theatre 3000, who have made many muppet references which I can't exactly remember. but this episode was called "Deathstalker and the Warriors from ****." and they saw the bad guy and Mike said "he looks like Sam the American Eagle"
lol...
There is also an old "Mother Goose and Grimmy" comic strip which I have on my wall where Grimmy is trying to perform a puppet by saying "what is the top of a house called?" the puppet responds: "woof" and then Grimmy looks at the reader abd says, "hey, Jim Henson had to start somewhere!"
:)
I was born in 82 so I didnt get to see the first two movies in the theatre, and I was too young to remeber MTM, but I saw all the post-Henson movies and Follow that Bird at the theatre,
However I remeber always watching the muppet movie at a very young age, I love my parents for introducing me...
:sympathy: :sympathy:
I definately feel the Rowlf love in this forum.
Emeral, if you just go to google.com and go to images theres tons of Rowlf pics.
JimmyDeanDog I love your avatar, lol
when I was little I would always watch the Muppet Movie, and always had to turn away in the scence where Piggy attacks all of those goons and her eyes are all wide and scary. I still cringe when I see it
thanks Phil,
while on that topic, do you know if there are any episodes of the Muppet Show that we will never see or do you think they will eventually release them all?
and....Im sure that this has been asked but will they release the sex and violence or valentines episode??
I know thats...
I purchased a few of the Muppet Show DVDs from Time-Life but eventually had to cancel because I am a poor college kid, and with bills, college, and my muppet action figures, I just have no extra cash :smirk:
What I am wondering is are there any plans to release like full series on DVD at one...
Hey Ken
I tried posting this in a sepperate thread but no one answered it  I was just wondering if you could tell me how the Muppets line is doing. Has it picked up at all since the first series? thanks
Oz
So we had a Muppet reference on Buffy
A Muppet reference on the Simpsons
the Simpsons on Seseme Street
what's missing? a Buffy ans simpsons crossover???
Or how about this, Kermit the Vampire Slayer?
man that would kick a$$ :)
YES!!
Yeah I saw that, that was awesome, I love when my favorite worlds come together. Like when the Simpsons did their talk about what a muppet is.
If they could find a way to do the simpsons meets Buffy meets Muppets, I would die a happy, happy man :)
I know this was asked before by someone, but I don't think anyone ever answered him, so I want to re-ask:
How is the Muppet line doing right now?
Like it was said, it was off to a rocky start but then I read about a bunch of toy awards that it won and stuff like that.
I know it is not doing...
I agree, the stage and backstage should really be made, I'd choose that over a vet's hospital or muppet labs anyday. I still think it would be a cool idea. I still think it would be cool for some characters to come w/ stage-like stuff. Like Pops with a bacstage desk or something like that, so...
since it's a good idea for vet's....
we may be onto something here with the backstage or stage idea too. If it turns out that it's too expensive for those playsets then maybe there could be like a "stage-themed" series. with Robin coming with a bunch of backstage equiptment and maybe Kermit's...
Thanks for the welcome count, and for the keritage.com website, there was alot of cool stuff on there.
misfitoys - I like your idea with the character packs and stretcher, cuz yeah I think an enire playset would be kinda dull
Hey, since I am new here I was wondering if someone could tell...
Hi everyone, I'm a long time reader of the forum and I decided to join in and add my own 2 cents. I have three questions/ideas.
1. With Vet's Hospital, should they decide to make it, what if it came with Nurse Janice (because the odds are we won't see too many other versions of her) and also...
