Toonzone.net reported it today,

Spike TV says that it has reached licensing deals with Palisades Toys and Balzout to manufacture Ren & Stimpy goods, including action figures, PVC figurines, resin statues and T-shirts. Spike TV will debut Ren & Stimpy Adult Party Cartoon, which features new episodes starring the cat-and-dog team, on Thursday, June 26.
