Go to the Muppet Mindset to see their new Christmas header!
You never cease to amaze me with your artwork masterpeices.
D'oh, I was gonna do a Watchmuppets short cartoon ...at least I didn't come up with the same casting...
And holy moly "My Favorite Things" is epically impressive! I've only imagined pictures that...insanely packed to the brim with cool. Also, we share a lot of favorite things, so that's cool too
You're some kind of...superhuman, Vic
The blitz is out of control!
• Check out some old art, new Christmas banner, and a long interview where I talk about my art, my inspiration, and pooping in pants at The Fantabulous Muppet Mindset!
• Then see another new Christmas banner and listen to a shorter interview with Steve Swanson at the Insuperidous Muppet Cast!
• And if you haven't already, there's still time to see some new and fun art and the Amazastical Tough Pigs!
• As always, check out the party anytime at my Deviant Art page!
YAY! Everywhere I go there is Dave!
Crikey - where do you find the time? ? ? ? I aim to do just one Muppet piece a lifetime! ! ! As always, absolutely cracking stuff, Dave, you're style is very infectious
Uch...I know how you feel. I open my sock drawer, there's Dave. I look out the window, Dave. I open my uni work, there's Dave...
...maybe I should stop printing out his photo and plastering it everywhere...people could find that slightly creepy...*shifty eyes*
Thanks everybody! This has been a really big push, and now I'm trying to do something with it, so please share all these links with everyone, and look for more in the future!
Bert & Ernie Gallery
Want to see lots of fun takes on and ? Then head on over to the fun party that is ToughPigs where I'm the featured fan-artist again!
You've done it again, my friend! EXCELLENT work! I love the third one the most, but they're all beautiful and hilarious and have the Dave Hulteen seal of quality that I love so much.
Great work as usual Dave.It was funny because as I was looking at this I was listening to you do the Muppet List with Stee on the Muppetcast. Nice job on the Muppetcast as well. I hope to do a Muppet List one day.
As always I love it Dave! My favorite might actually be Bert and Ernie as Jay and Silent Bob! Too funny!
It's not much, but DeviantArt is having a contest called Share The Love, where (using a Flash application) you create an image using enlarged pixels. I made everyone's favorite frog, and it seems to be popular. Check it out!
Pixel Kermit love
Just to share, I have a website! It's under construction, but you can still visit and see what's to come!
This is SO exciting, man! I cannot WAIT to see it finished!
I am excited about your website too Dave! Very awesome!
Got your e-mail last night, but Yahoo! is STILL being a ***** right now, and I wasn't able to access the URL you sent, let alone completely read your message before the invasing "Operation Aborted" windows popped up.
But nonetheless, I'm looking forward to seeing what you'll be sharing with us when your site's construction is no longer under, lol.
Muppet Madness Tournament Art
Now that it's all done, and if you haven't already seen all of it, Steve from The Muppet Cast, and Joe from Tough Pigs asked me early on to create graphics for the Muppet Madness Tournament. At first, all I did was the logo, but eventually I created the Finals Artwork, and the Winners Artwork.
I'd like to thank Steve and Joe for their confidence in me to create this, as well as the opportunity.
This is some of the best fan art I believe I've ever done.
Photoshop, Wacom tablet. Both took approximately 8 hours a piece.
Great work Davo! With the shading and everything, they almost look 3-D, and that's just awesome!
