    I'm with you! :sympathy:

Their web people are intent on keeping this cool stuff a well kept, hard to locate secret. I’m pleased with the continued updates, but they need to solve the initial linkage issue first.

I've found that clicking the text link at the bottom of the page that reads something like "click here for Disney broadband" caches the missing component for a day or two because on subsequent visits to muppets.com it takes me directly to the muppet page. It is tweaky and they should just have a plain Muppet page graphic to click. The user cannot be blamed for this, especially when it happens to so many people.

Sticking a Muppet graphic for the entry page of muppets.com would solve this for all users. Not just the ones that have systems most compatible to their multimedia designers’ specifications.

Wow. That Beaker-Swedish Chef-Animal in the elevator sketch made my day. And it reminded me that the Muppets are here to stay.

I could totally see stuff like that sketch(or the one with Fozzie and Gonzo messing with Kermit and a camera) expanded to a full on tv series.(I could even imagine a Muppet version of "The Office")

This is definately a good new start to what hopefully should be the start of big and exciting things for the Muppet franchise

My official step-by-step process for linking to Muppets.com XD

Thought I'd officially list the tweaky thing needed to get to the Muppets.com start-up XD page. Does this hold true for everyone?

    My quickest method:

    1. I log on to www.muppets.com
(it annoyingly takes me to disney.com's main page)
    2. I click the "Switch To Disney Online Broadband" link located at the foot of the page (it cycles through and takes me somewhere else that isn't muppets.com)
    3. I then type in www.muppets.com on my url bar (again) and it takes me there.
    :zany:

 It's a crummy set-up that (as stated in an earlier post) could be remedied by a static Muppets graphic that allows the user to not feel lost and have to search for Muppet content or the Muppets.com site itself. I blame designer apathy for the issue because it appears to be a simple fix. The user should not be made to feel frustrated or stupid (like I did) when merely logging onto a site. Muppets.com should immediately = Muppets for everyone. :attitude:

That said, I hope my fix helps diffuse some of the frustration. There is much Muppety goodness to be had! I am so happy about this site.

I haven't had the chance o look at everything yet, unfortunately, but I'm impressed so far. I really like seeing the Newsman again! I've got to agree with everyone else here--to me, this suggests that good times are ahead. Putting this up is a major initiative, and it would be silly to do it for no reason.

    :)

Has anyone seen that on air thing at the top? I think they are planning a show or something, and when it is on the air that light will be on.

Love the new videos. Amazing how different the puppet Animal looks from the current Animal poser. I like how they have the puppet currently, looks great. I noticed they have the real Muppet news scrolling above the Newsman - nice touch!

Those were some great clips. Something about the popsicle stick and pogo stick clips really got me laughing.

What, she has her own web server now? is there anything that woman wont do! sheesh!:insatiable: :batty:
    Yeah I mentioned it before.:)
That would be great if they had live shows on the site, and in this day and age they can do such a thing!

The new Piggy clip with Piggy in her face mask talking to herself was classic. Reminded me of her crying scene in GMC. I must say I don't think I could be happier with the site. New fun short clips, which is what the net is all about.

I love the :halo: :hungry:  one. It's so funny to see them again. For some reason i didn't notices even tho i did on "America's Got Talent" that it reminded me of the Muppet Show where them three got up to sing that song. Funny. Would love to see more of them together as well as some Newmen stuff too.

I wonder what animal was saying  It must have been something Disney would not have been able to put online otherwise :p
*Has had nightmares about being animals' 'woman' since she was little*

I say that these are some of the best short muppet clips I've seen in some time. They really feel like they're the Muppets, and not the muppets trying to play to some sort of market they can't get. The Muppet news sketches on the news ticker really hold up to the classic ones. And Steve's newsman is pretty easy to get into. I'm still waiting to see some sound clip of him performing Link from Muppet racemania, though.

That elevator scene really popped. Very similar to the short gag in VMX, where Beaker argues with the Chef. Having the unintellegible muppets communicating like that reminds me of the old SNL skits where Tarzan, Tonto and Frankenstine are on a talk show.

This really seems to be the biggest and best Muppet thing in years. Better than the Pizza commercials.

    What is VMX?

It's a shortened acronym for "It's a Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie."
