I know what you mean. I appear rude sometimes in text and dont mean to be and I also interpret things as they are meant to be rude but are not. Someone needs to invent more expressive ways of text communication!

Greg, all I really have to say is that you don't wanna work for someone who is going to fire you for your opinions. It's not worth it.. So my advice is to come on in and start posting.
