If I had the money and the podium - sometimes I have the latter - of course I’d speak out against the political BS. Often times I don’t, so I don’t even want to think or know about it most of the time. Life is hard enough, and politics only makes me more depressed than I usually am.

I agree in part, but I don't liken a notorious white bigot, like Sanders, who works for an oppressive regime, to an oppressed minority.
Agreed, but what I'm saying is, these same people who are all for other people being refused service for who they are and/or what they are really have no right to complain about Sanders being refused service for who she is.

Yeah, but you leftists who don’t want anyone to be discriminated against shouldn’t be cheering when Sanders is.

While I'm against what the Red Hen did, they did so due to the bigoted regime she's part of and defends. Not tolerating intolerant people is NOT intolerance.
