Wow, no! I've had some painful sneezes, but never enough to hurt my back 
I hate how the sinus cavity is connected to so many things. If you're stuffy enough, you're ears get blocked up. When you have a terrible cold, you can taste anything, hear anything, or even breathe right.That's happened to me before! That really hurts badly.
