Its funny and wierd. I guess people dont know what to make of it.
Muppets on 60 Minutes-Shows parts of the Raquel Welch episode. Anyone ever see this before? It allows you to see the Muppet Studio in real time instead of the pictures that have been circulating for years.
I watched it few days ago. I like it and remember seeing or seeing something like back in the day. I wasn't around when it aired but i known i had seen something like it before.
Yup, I've seen it before, it's great! It's available at The Museum of TV and Radio (now the Paley Center of Media). I loved seeing the puppeteers interacting with each other.
"We get to do what everyone else wants to do and that's act crazy. Except we get paid to do it!"
I just watched it.Thanks for the link!
I found The muppet Show sketch of Link and dance to and sing the song "Macho Man". Here it is at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=wmnujoolvzw&NR=1. Its especially funny when sings it with chickens and wins the fight against Links group.
That is funny.
I know its too wierd but i like it.
there are some NEW clips from The Jim Henson Hour on Yourube!
My favorites out of these clips are The EXTREMES!
A lot of great Muppet Show videos posted by portio95 are gone! His account is suspended! There were lots of great Muppet Show moments there which include the one where Kermit falling in love with Annie Sue Pig before Piggy got so jealous and started to karate-chop Kermit so hard. I miss them!
Here's some of the full programs that are avaiable on Youtube
Tales of the Tinkerdee:
The Muppet Show Live
A Muppet Family Christmas (uncut)
Of Muppets and Men
Puppet Up - Uncensored
The Muppets Celebrate Jim Henson
There is some more full stuff that i'll post up later...
Muppet Wiki on Yahoo's The 9:
I don't have the time right now to see if this was already posted, but it's something that everyone should see, I think.
It's Jim Henson, Frank Oz and Michael Frith talking about Kermit:
What do you expect? It's not a terrorist training video, it's not soft core porn, it's not a bunch of drunk morons swearing like sailors. It's "GASP" a copywrite infringement. The worst thing in the world. Why letting people put these clips up legally would be akin to Communism. As such, some rich snot ball isn't going to get paid for not doing anything. That's not fair to him, to have the money to exploit musical artists or actors and steal 90% of their earnings just to have some fans make fan videos!
"Don't take away money
From artists just like me.
How else can I afford another solid gold Hum-V?
And diamond studded swimming pools,
These things don't grow on trees!
So, all I ask is everybody please
Don't download this song."
Hehe, what's that from?
That's Weird Al's "Don't Download This Song". It's from his newest album.
Of course, here's the funny thing... unlike Downloading music, you CAN'T OWN these clips. They are uploaded so others can watch them without taking them. It's not so much stealing as watching things that companies don't have interrest in selling.
But that's big business for you. Big fat greedy kids who won't share their toys with anyone...except members of all political parties so they can have a voice in OUR government.
Help! I have a video of Gonzo's Q&A post-GMC and it's a pretty good vid so I want to upload it, but it's too big! Does anyone know some free software I can download to edit? I'm new to the uploading part of youtube--usually I'm just a viewer!
