I had an extremely bad meltdown last night that ended in tears. It has to do with a homework assignment that's due this Sunday, and I can't get the program to work (the class is Motion Graphics, program is Adobe After Effects, and every time I try to import the material, it gets scrambled, and nothing I've tried works). It was so bad, I burst into tears when I went to bed and couldn't get to sleep so I had to take a Xanax! I have a prescription for the stuff, but I don't take it often because it makes me sleepy.
