I would hope so... I would think since I don't skip breakfast that I'd be fine, since breakfast is the most important meal of the day...

But then again, people always talk about one way to stay fit is to eat a nice, big lunch, and just have a small, measly little dinner.

You should be eating three small meals and having plenty of nutrituious snacks through out the day. Only have tewo meals a day actually slows your metabolism down. It is actually very unhealthy.

Well I'm sorry, but I can't eat lunch... if I do, then I don't feel like eating supper, then when that happens, I end up grazing on junk food all night.

try eating small meals maybe it will cut down on that late night hunger.
