(Newsie singing loud, a la Tom Servo:smile:

"Oh Creepy Girl, my Creepy Girl, will you be mi-ya-hine?
I'll give you News Flashes, and tinkertoys, and wi-hi-hine,
I'll ditch these guys, if you'll be my, Cree-ee-py Girl!"

Catalina Caper! I forgot Catalina Caper! Aaagh!

I'm starting to watch the Deathstalker 3 ep. now, thanks to the James Rolfe's (The Angry Video Game Nerd) review.

And let's not forget that Soultaker stars Robert Z'Dar, the man with the hugest face on the planet! The line about him looking like a catcher's mitt got an honest-to-goodness LOL outta me, because he really does. The man ought to be a Dick Tracy villain.

However, Robert Agar has the slightly more memorable face, because we saw it so often and it rarely strayed from its neutral expression. It was a visual monotone.

It's weird what I remember from my MST3K days...

Best Short, anyone?

My votes for:

1. Mr B Natural ("Uh, Buzz? Don't make so much noise when you read")

2. Circus on Ice (the "gutshot fawn" line had me on the floor in tears laughing)

3. Speech ("speech! lip and tongua action!")

4. Body Care & Grooming (I had housemates who NEEDED this film...)

5. Last Clear Chance (my driver's ed class in high school ACTUALLY showed this)

First off, I'd like to whine: Newsie stole my idea! WHAAAAH!

Second: Best short? I'd have to go with Hired!: Part 1, because it contains one of my favorite riffs, (Perhaps I should not have dressed as the Angel of Death.) and gave rise to my favorite host segment.

Hey, I LOOKED through the whole discussion area...no one else had done it!

Argument: Gamera vs Godzilla...or more specifically, Gamera on MST vs Godzilla on MST...you have two minutes for each response...I will track time and allow for rebuttal...GO!

Uh...uh...muh...McCloud!

No! Wait! I mean Fruit Brute!

No! I mean I haven't seen any of them, unfortunately, so I have no opinion. :embarrassed:

Yeah, that's it.

Zeppo, you gotta. Trust me. Who HASN'T wanted to riff on a cheesy old Japanese rubber monster costume flick? They're great!

(shamefully admits to watching "Ultraman" back in the '70s...):embarrassed:

I wouldn't know if I have. I meant that I had seen neither the episodes, nor any of movies being riffed. My life has been completely Japanese-rubber-monster-costume-flick...less.

*Sigh* Yeah.

BUT! That will be remedied come August!
