It's not.

And nice list, TSF. Do you have episodes? (With all those background puppets, it sounds like a very interesting show. I heard they re-built Gloat for it.)

I also heard they also rebuilt Boppity, Luncheon Counter Monster and Beautiful Day Monster for "The Jim Henson Hour".

Thanks TSF. Will keep these under consideration. Haven't added anything from Mopatops Shop cause...
A. Haven't gotten any one specialist source's help with the cast of characters from the production until the post you just placed.
B. Been told that many of the characters on that production have appeared before and due to the lack of specialist source help, wasn't sure to add them. Still not sure whther to add these or not.
Hope others weigh in with their advise and a full list of characters that should be added from Mopatops Shop.
Hope you can understand. Thanks for the contribution though, it's the first solid lead/list from this production.
For one thing, Mopatop's Shop is available on DVD in the United Kingdom. It is called "Mopatop's Shop: Grand Opening". I know it's a PAL DVD and it plays on multiregional DVD players.

Since Barna of Sesam Stasjon was a female red monster with blue eyes, then what did Py look like?
I don't know anything of anyone named Barna on Sesam Stasjon. It's proberly just a typing error that should have been Bjarne.
Py is a red female monster that comes out of a big blue eeg as you can see here http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v370/muppet_dk/8.jpg

Here's the website I got the entry of "Barna" from: http://www-cs-students.stanford.edu/~csilvers/muppet-characters.html

According to this site, Barna is from SS Norway and is a newer red monster with blue eyes. According to them, Bjarn who's also from SS Norway is a train conductor and a different character altogether.
Hope this helps.
Well the only "new" character added to the show before it went out of production was the monster PY. I've never seen or heard of Barna before and all the sites I've seen about the show mentions everyone except Barna. And I've newer seen that character in any of the episodes I've seen of the show.

And the correct way of spelling Bjarn is Bjarne I know that in the new years special where they show up, the english voice dub call him Bjarn but thats proberly because they could not pronaunce Bjarne proberly.

Having recently watched the Debbie Harry TMS, although the frogscouts refer to their leader as Miss Appleby, both Kermit and the lady herself say Mrs Appleby.

Has anyone else noticed this discresion and feel the listing should be changed?

Nice to see that people are still checking out the Muppet Listings.

Harvey, since I don't have that episode in my current library, it'll remain as Miss Appleby because that's how she's listed over at www.kermitage.com also.
Until I get that episode or someone gets me a sound clip to my E-mail, it'll remain as such but thanks for the tip.
2 Barna will remain on the list, for now, given that there's somewhat of a description of what she looks like for when I'm able to do the actual research and try to find her. Course, that next step is still a number of years away from now. But if after watching all the episodes of that particular international SS version I haven't found her, she'll come off of the list.
3 Wondering why the list hasn't been updated? Well, it has, just behind the scenes.
Two of the major additions have been dealt with, rully need help with descriptions of the MwoO characters, check out the appropriate thread in the Classic Muppets section.
But ML16 won't go up until I have everything from SS Season 36 and maybe some other additions from an SS episode deal with a fellow forum member.
Hope this is enough to satiate you guys for now, and keep your eyes peeled for the debut of ML16!

Well it's up to you to make that descision. However it's incorrect. The description of the so called character Barna (child, kid in norwegian language) fits Py, and since she is not on the list then it's clearly a mistake on that list. You can even ask Warrick that knows alot about the international SS versions.
