Sausage Balls.

What you need...

1 pound of Jimmy Dean Sausage
3 cups of Bisquick
8 oz. of shredded mild cheddar cheese.

What you do...

Put the sausage, cheese, and bisquick in a huge bowl. Squeeze, moosh, and squash together until it's all in one big mix with no bit of crumbs showing.

Pinch off pieces of mix about the size of a quarter. Roll each piece into a ball and place them on a cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Then bake for about 9 or 10 minutes. Once you get them out of the oven, immediately scoop balls off sheet with a spatula and place them on a cloth.

Sausage balls are really great to make and serve around the holiday time. :smile:
