    Thanks, guys!

With all the health problems I have, every pregnancy is extreemly high risk for both me and the baby. But the 2 daughters I have now are living proof that it can be done! As I venture off on this "round 4" it's nice to know I've got people like you to talk to!

    NO! NOT THE PICKLE! OW!

    Ha ha ha! Congrats, Rosewood.

And, gang, I'm officially--after 3 years--having to wear a belt to keep my britches up!! YAY! WOOT!!

But I have no idea how much I weigh.

    Want some good advise?

One of the most sound pieces of advise I have ever received (reguarding weight loss) is this - Throw away the scale! They are never reliable to use when trying to figure out much "fat" you have truely lost. A prime example of what I'm talking about here is this: Say you loose 10 pounds of fat from increasing your amount of exercise time. But at the same time you GAIN 10 pounds from increase in muscle mass. Anyone would be bound to get discouraged by seeing no change in total body weight, and would probably be tempted to give up by seeing these results, when in actuality they have decreased their total body fat by close to 10%! Don't worry about what a scale says. When you see results like Fozzie just mentioned, what a scale says is really null and void and can be very miss-leading! Keep it up, guy's!

My doctor told me as soon as I left my stressful job, I would love a certain amount of weight just from the lack of stress alone.

So I decided to help it out by exercising like a fiend.

Its been a week and my weight hasn't changed at all.

I was hoping for a little boost to keep me going....

Yeah and sometimes excersise is a good way to handle stress. Think of how relaxed you'll be after.:p

My weight loss attempt has also been confounded by the fact that the treadmill just broke.

    Darn it all!

I ran 9 1/2 miles yesterday morning for 1 hour and 11 minutes.

    Ya for me.

I'd have a heart attack before the first quarter-mile...

    What's NOT good is this:
I've been pretty sick lately; I've been feeling pretty bad for the past 2 weeks. I also just found out recently that I have acid reflux (personally I feel it's a result of stress). The first, (most likely helped along a bit by the second) has made me lose some weight, which in turn makes me a bit nervous, since I definately have not been trying to.

You're probably losing muscle because of that, which I don't think is to good.

You guys have inspired me to try to lose some weight! :D
I'll have some difficulty as everyone does.

    Height: 5' 3"
    Weight: 200 lbs
    Waist: 39"
    Hips: 46"
    Chest (against ribcage): 37 1/4"
    Chest (Over chest): 44"
    Upper Arm: 13 1/2"
    Head Circumfrence: 21 1/4"

XD I have a HUGE head don't I? I just measured this stuff just a few minutes ago. Why I included so much is because that's what my Doctor looks at normally, I figured it might give a great idea of how I'm like. (Actually why I am posting all this stuff, it seems stupid.) I'm also trying to get a breast reduction, so it's impertive that I lose weight. That and my body can't seem to do well with this little bit of excess weight. Oh well. :D

I have been thwarted yet again, this time with bronchitis.... No running, doctor's orders...

I must say though, nothing has inspired me to lose weight than going to my friend's wedding. She looked so pretty on her day I just hope I can look half that nice.

That and fatness and white don't go well.....
