They're awesomely awesome! Thanks a bunch KCJ506! It's nice to have you on this thread 'cause it doesn't seem like anybody looks at this thread much.

They don't look at it because of the "Spoilers Ahead!" warning that's pinned on the thread's title. Either that, or everyone's focusing on films like TMNT or 300 instead. I have to admit that 300 was a superb film. I went to see it this past Friday in a packed crowd of people, and I really loved what I saw.:)

Here's a link to another trailer for the Spider-Man 3 game:

Here's some official pics that were posted on this website, but they were pulled once Sony realized the site had them. But some people on SHH! saved them, so now I'm going to post them.:)

    Spider-Man and Venom:

Eddie Brock and Betty Brant at the Daily Bugle:

Mary Jane and Harry at the Spider-Man celebration (wonder what they're looking up at):

    Eddie Brock and Gwen Stacey:

Gwen Stacey (best pic of her yet):

    You're welcome.:)

I almost didn't get them, after the site was removed from SHH!'s website. Sony is getting stricter the closer we get to this movie's release.

Here's an official announcement just posted from Hasbro, the company that'll be in charge of the Spider-Man 3 toyline:

You can access the Spider-Man 3 site here:

    No prob.:)

I checked my local Wal-Mart store earlier today and thought that the action figures were already released. But it turns out that only the walkie-talkies for Venom, Spider-Man, Sandman, and The New Goblin are out, along with some Hot Wheel cars.

Can't wait until the 24th though. I'm aiming to get a Venom, Sandman, New Goblin, Lizard, and symbiote Spidey.:excited:

They were actually kind of cool, especially the one package that includes both Spidey (in the red/blue costume) and Venom. My only complaint is why does Venom look so purple in both the toys and the picture books. The guy's black, not purple.:p

Influence from "Ultimate Spider-Man" perhaps? Is it just me or do Marvel movies seem influenced by the "Ultimate" comics some times?

Yes, they do a lot. Much of what's going into the Eddie Brock character for the third film is based on his "Ultimate" character, even throwing in the "Jr." part.

Hey, I watched Spiderman 1 last night again. Did anyone notice that Eddie is referenced in that?

Yeah, I caught it a long time ago, back when I was sitting in the movie theater watching it for the first time.:)

Eddie Brock is also referenced in the novelization of the first movie, having a bit of a cameo and mentioned by his full name. J. Jonah Jameson unwittingly makes an ironic allusion to Venom by screaming "Would it kill you to get a decent suit!?".

They say a cameo role was filmed with an actor named R.C. Everbeck set to play Brock, but was unfortunately cut during production.

The game looks as good as the movie! Are those in game or cut scenes?
