Yeah, I loved his role as Merlin The Magician MD "TA-DA!"

And don't forget, He also had his own solo album "Ole Brown Ears Is Back" one of my favorite Muppet albums. :sympathy:

And Rowlf was always hilarious on The Jimmy Dean Show! My Grandfather remembers watching those shows years ago when they aired.

    Of course.

One of my favorite Rowlf moments from TMS season 4 is when Rowlf plays piano to the song "Hold Tight, Hold Tight (Want Some Seafood Mamma" with three goldfish, Lobsters and a shark.

And of course I love all of the Veterinarian's Hospital sketches! That's Rowlf at his best!

Well I first saw those episodes when Nickelodeon use to run TMS in 1994-1995.

But I do also own all 15 volumes of The Best of TMS on VHS.
  17. muppets2 New Member

oh ok (i didnt no nick ran tms in the 90's)
  18. ploobis Active Member

Yeah they did. They also use to run Muppet Babies, Tales from Muppetland and other Muppet Specials, I was in the 4th or 5th grade at the time.

Back then, Whenever I would mention the Muppets to kids at school they would always call them Muppet Babies, As if they were the real Muppets! It use to drive me CRAZY!
